We're celebrating our 35th year! The Barrington Writers Workshop (BWW) helps writers improve their skills and creativity. 

Through weekly meetings we provide constructive critiques on works in progress.  Writers of all genres are welcome – fiction (adult and children), poetry, nonfiction, memoirs, screenplays and plays.

Many of us are published and many are not.  But we all share a dedication to the craft of writing with a desire to continue to improve.

Several times a year, we invite published authors and industry experts to hold workshops or speak on industry topics.  Workshops are free to current BWW members.  Often, we are able to submit manuscripts to these experts for critique.
